The balcony or terrace is an important part of a home. It appears in both historic and modern designs. In new projects, increasingly larger terraces are being built. Since a terrace or balcony is a structural element exposed to external factors (rain, snow, temperature fluctuations), it is very important to provide a high-quality, climate-resistant waterproofing for your terrace or balcony.

Hyperdesmo waterproofing is a seamless, polyurethane-based material that can be used for terrace waterproofing:

• under tiles;
• over existing tiles (provided the tiles adhere well to the substrate) – with the option to treat the surface with a colored waterproofing layer or a transparent coating;
• without tiles – for waterproofing the concrete slab of a terrace or balcony. You can create a seamless colored coating – with or without anti-slip treatment – using quartz or decorative sands, or decorative chips. The material’s shade can be selected from the RAL catalogue. If you choose decorative sands or chips, several variants are available to suit your taste.
