Industrial floors with HYPERDESMO

Industrial facilities—various kinds of factories, plants, retail stores, shopping centers—are especially susceptible to damage and require ongoing care and maintenance. For clients in this sector, we offer repair, protection, and waterproofing of building structures using ALCHIMICA’s seamless products:

• Metal hangar waterproofing – if the hangar’s structure is still sufficiently strong but has issues with its airtightness and/or its appearance is unsatisfactory (for example, rust has appeared), we recommend coating the hangar’s surface with the Hyperdesmo seamless polyurethane membrane. This single material solves all of the above problems with minimal time and cost investment.
• Concrete roof repair and waterproofing – like many other construction materials, concrete degrades under the influence of external factors, the main one being moisture penetration. Hyperdesmo provides the best protection against moisture ingress. Moreover, a Hyperdesmo coating allows the concrete to “breathe,” letting vapor escape.
• Repair and waterproofing of old bitumen and roofing-felt roofs – bitumen and roofing felt are not bad materials, but they are inflexible and prone to cracking both in low and high temperatures. Hyperdesmo effectively addresses waterproofing issues thanks to its elasticity, retaining this property in a temperature range from –40 °C to +90 °C, and withstanding up to +200 °C for short periods.
• Seamless flooring (polyurethane or epoxy) and protection of concrete floors against dust formation.
